These conditions need to be accepted whether you are booking for yourself or on behalf of others:-
Payment is due 14 days prior to arrival on receipt of invoice. Failure to pay after this date will incur a penalty fee of £100.
Any loss of keys will results in a payment charge of £50.
Guests should arrange their own insurance for personal belongings.
We operate a no smoking policy.
No pets allowed.
There is no available parking outside the property.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that wi-fi is available free of charge 24 hours a day, we cannot guarantee any internet connection availability.
Rooms are only to be occupied by persons named on invoice.
We aim to deliver the best possible service but in the unlikely event that there is a cause for dissatisfaction, you should contact us as soon as possible.
We require a full 14 days cancellation notice in order for you to receive a full refund of any monies paid. Cancellations within the 14 day period will still be chargeable. We will always endeavour to work with you in this instance but it is not always possible to do so.
We may collect some or all of the following personal data. Full name, address, email addresses, telephone numbers, job title or profession, employer reference letters.
Under the GDPR 2018, we must always have a lawful and legitimate basis for using personal data. This may be because the data is necessary for the performance of a contract with you. You have consented to the use of your personal data and because it is legitimate business interests to use it. Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
-Referencing you and carrying out Right To Rent checks.
-Communicating with you on matters relating to the tenancy. This may include responding to emails, texts or phone calls from you.
-Supplying you with information by email, telephone or text. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
-In line with GDPR 2018 policy and protocol, we are required to advise you that your telephone numbers may be used to communicate with you in relation to the tenancy but also to deal with maintenance and repairs. Your telephone numbers may be passed on to maintenance contractors who will liaise with you to organise appointments and access for works that are required.
-You will not be sent any unlawful marketing or spam. We will always work to fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the GDPR.
-We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary, up to a maximum of 6 years.
